Meal Maker Sandwich

Ingredients
  • Meal Maker - 1 cup
  • Onion - 1 
  • Tomato - 1
  • Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
  • Chilli powder - 2 tsp
  • Garam masala - 2 tsp
  • Salt as needed
  • Oil - 2 tsp
  • Bread slices (brown/white) - 4
Method
  1. Soak meal maker in hot water for 10 mins,e squeeze out water.
  2. Take them in a blender and grind only till they get minced.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions and saute till translucent.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste, saute again.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes, chilli powder and garam masala.
  6. Saute till tomato becomes mushy.
  7. Then, add minced meal maker, blend them with masala.
  8. Stuff meal maker masala inside two bread and toast in pan by melting butter or grill them by spreading butter on bread.
