Meal Maker Sandwich
Ingredients
- Meal Maker - 1 cup
- Onion - 1
- Tomato - 1
- Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
- Chilli powder - 2 tsp
- Garam masala - 2 tsp
- Salt as needed
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Bread slices (brown/white) - 4
- Soak meal maker in hot water for 10 mins,e squeeze out water.
- Take them in a blender and grind only till they get minced.
- Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions and saute till translucent.
- Add ginger garlic paste, saute again.
- Add chopped tomatoes, chilli powder and garam masala.
- Saute till tomato becomes mushy.
- Then, add minced meal maker, blend them with masala.
- Stuff meal maker masala inside two bread and toast in pan by melting butter or grill them by spreading butter on bread.
