FISH CUTLET
INGREDIENTS
- Fish - 2 boneless + skinless(any type)
- Potatoes - 2 (large)
- Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
- Garam Masala - 1 tsp
- Turmeric - a pinch
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves/Coriander leaves - few
- Egg white - 2 tbsp
- Bread/ Rusk crumbs - 1/2 cup
- Salt as needed
METHOD
- Steam fish for about 5-7 mins, cool it, mash it well and keep aside.
- Boil potatoes, mash it well.
- In a bowl add mashed potato, chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder, turmeric, ginger garlic paste,salt and leaves, mix well together.
- Now, add mashed fish to the above mix and make a dough.
- Separate and make balls out of it, flatten it, set aside.
- Dip each flatten part into beaten egg white and then into rusk/bread crumbs.
- Deep fry in hot oil till it turns brown.
- Drain it and serve.
