FISH CUTLET


INGREDIENTS
  • Fish - 2 boneless + skinless(any type)
  • Potatoes - 2 (large)
  • Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
  • Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric - a pinch
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
  • Curry leaves/Coriander leaves - few
  • Egg white - 2 tbsp
  • Bread/ Rusk crumbs - 1/2 cup
  • Salt as needed

METHOD
  1. Steam fish for about 5-7 mins, cool it, mash it well and keep aside.

  2. Boil potatoes, mash it well.
  3. In a bowl add mashed potato, chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder, turmeric, ginger garlic paste,salt and leaves, mix well together.


  4. Now, add mashed fish to the above mix and make a dough.

  5. Separate and make balls out of it, flatten it, set aside.
  6. Dip each flatten part into beaten egg white and then into rusk/bread crumbs.

  7. Deep fry in hot oil till it turns brown.
  8. Drain it and serve.
