Ingredients
- Chicken (Boneless) - 250 g
- Coconut Oil - 2 tbsp
- Shallots (small onions) - 100 g
- Garlic - 15 fat cloves
- Dried Red Chillies - 8
- Turmeric a pinch
- Curry leaves and coriander leaves for garnishing
- Salt as needed
- Grind shallots and garlic together in a blender into a fine paste.
- Heat oil in a pan, crackle mustard, add dried red chillies.
- Now, add grounded garlic shallots paste.
- Add turmeric and salt.
- Saute for a minute.
- Add boneless chicken pieces and mix well.
- Close lid and cook them in low flame for 40 mins.
- Switch off the flame, when chicken is totally dry.
- Garnish and serve.
