Mushroom Chukka
Ingredients
- Mushroom - 200 g
- Onion - 1 1/2
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves - 1 pinnate
- Oil - 1 1/2 tbsp
- Salt as needed
- Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
- Chilli powder - 2 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1 tsp
- Pepper powder - 2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Method
- Heat oil in a cooker.
- Add ginger garlic paste or chopped.
- Add chopped onions and saute till transparent.
- Add curry leaves.
- Add mushroom by washing them and drying them.
- Add turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder, pepper powder,cumin powder and salt.
- Add 1/2 cup of water.
- Close lid and cook for 1 whistle in low flame.
- Garnish with curry leaves and serve.
