Mushroom Chukka

Ingredients
  • Mushroom - 200 g
  • Onion - 1 1/2
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • Curry leaves - 1 pinnate
  • Oil - 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt as needed
  • Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
  • Chilli powder - 2 tsp
  • Cumin powder - 1 tsp
  • Pepper powder - 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 2 tsp

Method

  1. Heat oil in a cooker.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste or chopped.
  3. Add chopped onions and saute till transparent.
  4. Add curry leaves.
  5. Add mushroom by washing them and drying them.
  6. Add turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder, pepper powder,cumin powder and salt.
  7. Add 1/2 cup of water.
  8. Close lid and cook for 1 whistle in low flame.
  9. Garnish with curry leaves and serve.
