Vegetable noodles
Ingredients
  • Oil- 1 tbsp
  • Butter - 2 tbsp
  • Garlic and ginger - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Colored capsicum - 1/2 cup
  • Cabbage - 1 cup
  • Baby corn - 1/4 cup
  • Carrot- 1
  • Noodles - 2 nests
  • Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup - 2 tsp
  • White pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Chilly paste - 1 tsp
  • Salt - as required
  • Vinegar- few drops
  • Spring onion - 1 bunch
Method
  1. Cook noodles adding enough of water, drain and keep aside.
  2. Prepare chilly paste by adding red chilies, little amount to water and keep aside.
  3. Now, heat oil and melt butter in a pan.
  4. Add ginger and garlic, saute.
  5. Add colored capsicums (sliced), spring onion white part (chopped) and saute for few mins.
  6. Then, add carrot (thinly sliced), baby corn (sliced), saute along.
  7. Add thinly shredded cabbage, mix well.
  8. Add grounded chili paste, mix along with vegetables. 
  9. Add pepper powder.
  10. Now, add cooked noodles.

  11. Add tomato ketchup, soy sauce, salt, vinegar and spring onions.
  12. Mix all together.
  13. Garnish and serve.
