Ingredients
- Oil- 1 tbsp
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Garlic and ginger - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
- Colored capsicum - 1/2 cup
- Cabbage - 1 cup
- Baby corn - 1/4 cup
- Carrot- 1
- Noodles - 2 nests
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Tomato ketchup - 2 tsp
- White pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Chilly paste - 1 tsp
- Salt - as required
- Vinegar- few drops
- Spring onion - 1 bunch
- Cook noodles adding enough of water, drain and keep aside.
- Prepare chilly paste by adding red chilies, little amount to water and keep aside.
- Now, heat oil and melt butter in a pan.
- Add ginger and garlic, saute.
- Add colored capsicums (sliced), spring onion white part (chopped) and saute for few mins.
- Then, add carrot (thinly sliced), baby corn (sliced), saute along.
- Add thinly shredded cabbage, mix well.
- Add grounded chili paste, mix along with vegetables.
- Add pepper powder.
- Now, add cooked noodles.
- Add tomato ketchup, soy sauce, salt, vinegar and spring onions.
- Mix all together.
- Garnish and serve.
