Tandoori Broccoli
Ingredients
- Broccoli - 1
- Yogurt / curd - 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
- Gram flour - 1 tbsp
- Fresh cream - 1 tsp
- Tandoori masala - 2 tsp (optional)
- Mixed herbs / parsley - 1 tsp
- Salt as needed
- Oil for spreading
- Blanch broccoli for 3 mins.
- In a bowl, add all the above ingredients except oil.
- Mix well.
- Add blanched broccoli pieces into it.
- Mix well until it coats with masala well.
- Marinate for 15-20 mins.
- Sprinkle oil.
- Skew broccoli pieces in skewers.
- Place in oven by pre-heating it.
- Cook till it turns brown.
