Tandoori Broccoli 

Ingredients
  • Broccoli - 1 
  • Yogurt / curd - 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
  • Gram flour - 1 tbsp
  • Fresh cream - 1 tsp
  • Tandoori masala - 2 tsp (optional)
  • Mixed herbs / parsley - 1 tsp
  • Salt as needed
  • Oil for spreading
Method
  • Blanch broccoli for 3 mins.
  • In a bowl, add all the above ingredients except oil.
  • Mix well.
  • Add blanched broccoli pieces into it.
  • Mix well until it coats with masala well.
  • Marinate for 15-20 mins.
  • Sprinkle oil.
  • Skew broccoli pieces in skewers.
  • Place in oven by pre-heating it.
  • Cook till it turns brown.
