Chickpeas Salad 

Ingredients
  • Chickpeas (brown/white) - 1/4 cup (soaked and cooked)
  • Cucumber - 2 (finely chopped)
  • Raw mango - 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
  • Cheese cubes - 2 (finely chopped)
  • Pomegranate kernels - 1/4 cup
  • Salt - as needed
  • Chilli flakes - as needed
  • Olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • Sweet chilli sauce - as needed
  • Parsley as needed
Method
  1. Chop vegetables, keep aside.
  2. In a bowl add 2 tsp of oil, sweet chilli sauce and salt.
  3. The, add chilli flakes, parsley (few) , mix all together and blend with oil.

  4. Now, add soaked and cooked chick peas.
  5. Add cucumber, raw mango pieces, pomegranate kernels and cheese cubes.
  6. Mix well.

  7. Mix all together, add  more oil and parsley if needed .
  8. Serve.
