Chickpeas Salad
Ingredients
- Chickpeas (brown/white) - 1/4 cup (soaked and cooked)
- Cucumber - 2 (finely chopped)
- Raw mango - 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
- Cheese cubes - 2 (finely chopped)
- Pomegranate kernels - 1/4 cup
- Salt - as needed
- Chilli flakes - as needed
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
- Sweet chilli sauce - as needed
- Parsley as needed
- Chop vegetables, keep aside.
- In a bowl add 2 tsp of oil, sweet chilli sauce and salt.
- The, add chilli flakes, parsley (few) , mix all together and blend with oil.
- Now, add soaked and cooked chick peas.
- Add cucumber, raw mango pieces, pomegranate kernels and cheese cubes.
- Mix well.
- Mix all together, add more oil and parsley if needed .
- Serve.
