Garlic Potato Fry

Ingredients
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Coconut - 3 tbsp
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Small onion - 3
  • Tomato - 1/2
  • Salt - as required
  • Potato - 4 medium size
  • Fennel seed - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
  • Chilly powder - 11/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves - few
Method
  1. Grind coconut, garlic, small onions, tomato, fennel seeds, turmeric and chilly powder together into a fine paste (if you like garlic flavor add more garlic and grind).
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add grounded masala paste.
  3. Cut potatoes into fine wedges and add to masala.

  4. Toss well till masala is well coated with potatoes.
  5. Cook potato.
  6. Garnish with curry leaves and serve.
