Sliced Chapati



Ingredients
  • Spring onion - 1 bunch
  • Egg - 1
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Capsicum - 1
  • Green chillies - 2
  • Spring onion white lisbon
  • Green peas - 1/2 cup
  • Sliced carrot - 1
  • Sliced chapati - 1 cup
  • Salt as needed
  • water - 1/2 cup
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce(dark) - 1 tbsp
Method

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add capsicum, green chillies and spring onion white lisbon.
  2. Saute well by adding required amount of salt.
  3. Now add green peas and sliced carrot.
  4. Add water, cook peas and carrot.
  5. Now, add sliced chapati.

  6. Add soy sauce, mix well.
  7. Add sugar, stir.
  8. Add spring onions
  9. Scramble egg in a separate pan.
  10. Add scrambled egg over the sliced chapati.
  11. Mix all together.
  12. Serve with tomato ketchup.
Note:
  • Add corn /any vegetable to it(optional)
