INGREDIENTS
- Eggs- 2
- Big onion -1
- Green Chillies -1
- Tomatoes -2
- Ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp
- Bay leaf - 1
- Cinnamon - 1
- Cardamom - 1
- Star Anise - 1
- Caraway seeds - 10
- Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder a pinch
- Oil as needed
- Salt as needed
- Finely chopped coriander leaves
- White Basmati Rice - 1 cup
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker fry add bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom, star anise, caraway seeds.
- Then, add onion and fry till it changes transparent.
- Add ginger garlic paste,green chillies, salt and tomato and saute well.
- Add chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala.
- Now, add 2 eggs and saute for 2 mins.
- Add 1 cup of washed white basmati rice and 2 cups of water.
7.Cover lid and cook till rice gets cooked
8.Garnish with coriander leaves.
9. Serve with raita.
