Sprouts Sundal
Ingredients
- Mung bean - 1/2 cup
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Mustard - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
- Dry red chillies - 2
- Baby spinach - 1/4 cup
- Coconut - 2 tbsp
- Sal as needed
- Soak mung dal in water overnight and wrap them in wet towel till it sprouts.
- Pressure cook mung dal adding salt and water, keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, crackle mustrad.
- Add cumin seeds, urad dal, dry red chillies.
- Add cooked mung bean, saute.
- Add baby spinach, salt and mix along.
- Finally, add coconut and saute.
- Serve.
