Sprouts Sundal



Ingredients
  • Mung bean - 1/2 cup
  • Oil - 2 tsp
  • Mustard - 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
  • Dry red chillies - 2
  • Baby spinach - 1/4 cup
  • Coconut - 2 tbsp
  • Sal as needed
Method
  1. Soak mung dal in water overnight and wrap them in wet towel till it sprouts.
  2. Pressure cook mung dal adding salt and water, keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, crackle mustrad.
  4. Add cumin seeds, urad dal, dry red chillies.
  5. Add cooked mung bean, saute.
  6. Add baby spinach, salt and mix along.
  7. Finally, add coconut and saute.
  8. Serve.
