Salmon Fish Fry - Indian Style
Ingredients
- Salmon Fillets - 450 g
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
- Chilli Powder - 1-2 tsp
- Coriander Powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- Corn Flour - 1-2 tsp
- Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Thick Curd/Yogurt - 1 tsp
- Salt as needed
- Lemon juice of 1/2 lemon
- Oil as needed for pan frying.
- Remove scaled, skin, cut and wash salmon
- In a small bowl add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, coriander powder, corn flour, cumin powder, yogurt, salt, lemon juice (don't add water).
- Mix them well and make a paste.
- Take a piece of salmon dip in masala and apply all over (do the same for all pieces)
- Cover it and refrigerate them for 2-3 hours.
- Heat oil in a pan, fry them.
- Serve hot.
