Salmon Fish Fry - Indian Style

Ingredients
  • Salmon Fillets - 450 g
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
  • Chilli Powder - 1-2 tsp
  • Coriander Powder - 1 1/2 tsp
  • Corn Flour - 1-2 tsp
  • Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Thick Curd/Yogurt - 1 tsp
  • Salt as needed
  • Lemon juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Oil as needed for pan frying.
Method
  1. Remove scaled, skin, cut and wash salmon
  2. In a small bowl add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, coriander powder, corn flour, cumin powder, yogurt, salt, lemon juice (don't add water). 
  3. Mix them well and make a paste.
  4. Take a piece of salmon dip in masala and apply all over (do the same for all pieces)
  5. Cover it and refrigerate them for 2-3 hours.
  6. Heat oil in a pan, fry them.
  7. Serve hot.
