Raw Banana Fry
Health Benefits of Raw Bananas
Green bananas are "starchier", but the type of starch they contain is resistant starchResistant starch is a type of starch that isn't digested in the same way as most starches. Instead of being broken down, they pass through the intestines unchanged – which gives them the characteristics of an insoluble fiber.

Ingredients
  • Oil - 2 tsp
  • Cumin - 1 tsp
  • Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic - 5 cloves
  • Raw banana - 1
  • Salt - as required
  • Chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp

Method
  1. Grind garlic cloves, fennel seeds and cumin seeds together adding little amount of water, make a paste and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add grounded garlic paste.
  3. Add cubed raw banana pieces, add salt, add chilli powder and sprinkle some water on it.
  4. Cook till raw banana pieces gets cooked.
  5. Garnish with curry leaves and serve.
