Health Benefits of Mushroom
Many mushrooms are also good sources of selenium, an antioxidant mineral, as well as copper, niacin, potassium and phosphorous. Additionally, mushrooms provide protein, vitamin C and iron. Because their cells walls are undigestible unless exposed to heat, you must cook mushrooms to get their nutritional benefits.
Ingredients
- Mushroom - 200 g
- Garlic - 6 fat cloves (chopped)
- Onion - 1 large (chopped)
- Dry red chilli - 4
- Ginger and Garlic - 1/4 cup
- Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
- Pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Salt as needed
- Schezwan sauce - 2 tsp
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Ketchup - 1 tbsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves for garnishing
- Grind dry red chillies along with ginger and garlic adding little amount of water , make a paste and keep aside.
- Heat pan, add oil, saute chopped garlic.
- Add chopped onions and saute.
- Add chilli ginger garlic paste.
- Add chopped mushroom.
- Add schezwan sauce, soy sauce and ketchup, mix well.
- Add turmeric and salt.
- Close and cook in medium flame for 20 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
