Mushroom Masala(Dry)

Health Benefits of Mushroom
Many mushrooms are also good sources of selenium, an antioxidant mineral, as well as copper, niacinpotassium and phosphorous. Additionally, mushrooms provide proteinvitamin C and iron. Because their cells walls are undigestible unless exposed to heat, you must cook mushrooms to get their nutritional benefits.

Ingredients
  • Mushroom - 200 g
  • Garlic - 6 fat cloves (chopped)
  • Onion - 1 large (chopped)
  • Dry red chilli - 4
  • Ginger and Garlic - 1/4 cup
  • Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
  • Pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt as needed
  • Schezwan sauce - 2 tsp
  • Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Ketchup - 1 tbsp
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing
Method
  1. Grind dry red chillies along with ginger and garlic adding little amount of water , make a paste and keep aside.
  2. Heat pan, add oil, saute chopped garlic.
  3. Add chopped onions and saute.
  4. Add chilli ginger garlic paste.
  5. Add chopped mushroom.
  6. Add schezwan sauce, soy sauce and ketchup, mix well.
  7. Add turmeric and salt.
  8. Close and cook in medium flame for 20 minutes.
  9. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
