Chow Chow Raita
HEALTH BENEFITS OF CHOW CHOW
                                                        Good for the heart.
                                             Helps the body produce energy.
                                                      Keeps thyroid healthy
Ingredients
  • Chow Chow - 1
  • Coconut - 3 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
  • Green chillies - 2 
  • Curd - 1/2 cup
  • Pomegranate Kernels - 1/4 cup
  • Salt as needed
Method
  1. Peel the skin of chow chow and chop it finely.
  2. Cook it in pressure cooker for 2 whistles adding little amount of salt(without water as it leaves water).
  3. Drain water and keep aside.

  4. Make a fine paste of coconut,coriander leaves and green chillies by adding little amount of water.
  5. Mix cooked chow chow with grounded paste.
  6. Add curd, mix along.
  7. Add pomegranate kernels on top(Add cashews if needed).
