Ingredients
- Chow Chow - 1
- Coconut - 3 tbsp
- Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
- Green chillies - 2
- Curd - 1/2 cup
- Pomegranate Kernels - 1/4 cup
- Salt as needed
Method
- Peel the skin of chow chow and chop it finely.
- Cook it in pressure cooker for 2 whistles adding little amount of salt(without water as it leaves water).
- Drain water and keep aside.
- Make a fine paste of coconut,coriander leaves and green chillies by adding little amount of water.
- Mix cooked chow chow with grounded paste.
- Add curd, mix along.
- Add pomegranate kernels on top(Add cashews if needed).
