INGREDIENTS
- Prawn - 200 g
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Fenugreek - 1/4 tsp
- Fennel seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Onion - 2 medium
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Mint - 2 tbsp
- Tomato - 1 medium
- Turmeric - a pinch
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Fennel powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
- Yoghurt - 1/2 tbsp
- Pepper - 1 tsp
- Heat oil in a pan, add fenugreek, fennel seeds.
- Add chopped onions and saute.
- When onions turns transparent add ginger garlic paste.
- Add mint paste, tomato and saute till tomato get cooked.
- Add turmeric, chilly powder, fennel powder, cumin powder.
- Saute well again and add little water.
- Now add prawns.
- Add yoghurt.
- Leave for 7 mins.
- Once water drained and prawns cooked, Add pepper powder.
- Finally garnish.
