PRAWN MASALA

INGREDIENTS
  • Prawn - 200 g
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Fenugreek - 1/4 tsp
  • Fennel seeds - 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
  • Onion - 2 medium
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • Mint - 2 tbsp
  • Tomato - 1 medium
  • Turmeric - a pinch
  • Chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • Fennel powder  - 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Yoghurt -  1/2 tbsp
  • Pepper - 1 tsp
METHOD
  1. Heat oil in a pan, add fenugreek, fennel seeds.
  2. Add chopped onions and saute.
  3. When onions turns transparent add ginger garlic paste.
  4. Add mint paste, tomato and saute till tomato get cooked.
  5. Add turmeric, chilly powder, fennel powder, cumin powder.
  6. Saute well again and add little water.
  7. Now add prawns.
  8. Add yoghurt.
  9. Leave for 7 mins.
  10. Once water drained and prawns cooked, Add pepper powder.
  11. Finally garnish.
