PERI PERI CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS
- Chicken thighs/leg - 4 pieces
- Oregano - 1/2 tbsp
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Ginger - few
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
- Green chillies - 2
- Dry red chillies - 2
- Paprika powder - 1/2 tbsp
- Peppercorns powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt as needed
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Peri-Peri sauce - 1 tbsp (optional)
- Wash chicken pieces, drain and keep aside.
- Grind garlic,ginger,green chillies,dry red chillies, olive oil, oregano, paprika powder and peppercorns powder together.
- Marinate chicken with grounded masala, peri peri sauce, salt and lemon juice.
- Leave it refrigerated over night.
- Cook it in a pre-heated oven in 425 degree F for about 20 minutes or above till it becomes golden brown.
- Remove from over, cool down and serve.
