PERI PERI CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS
  • Chicken thighs/leg - 4 pieces
  • Oregano - 1/2 tbsp
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Ginger - few
  • Olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • Green chillies - 2 
  • Dry red chillies - 2
  • Paprika powder - 1/2 tbsp
  • Peppercorns powder - 1/2 tsp 
  • Salt as needed
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • Peri-Peri sauce - 1 tbsp (optional)
METHOD:
  1. Wash chicken pieces, drain and keep aside.
  2. Grind garlic,ginger,green chillies,dry red chillies, olive oil, oregano, paprika powder and peppercorns powder together.
  3. Marinate chicken with grounded masala, peri peri sauce, salt and lemon juice.


  4. Leave it refrigerated over night.
  5. Cook it in a pre-heated oven in 425 degree F for about 20 minutes or above till it becomes golden brown.

  6. Remove from over, cool down and serve.
