COCONUT COOKIES


INGREDIENTS
  • Desiccated Coconut - 1 cup
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk - 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
  • Salt a pinch
  • Strawberry jam
METHOD
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degree C.
  2. Now take coconut, condensed milk and vanilla in a bowl and mix well.


  3. Leave it for 10 mins.
  4. Now take small portions of it and roll it into a ball (add little more condensed milk if you can't roll it properly). 
  5. Flatten it and pour strawberry jam on top of it gently.


  6. Now arrange it in the baking tray and bake for 15 to 20 mins till golden.

  7. Remove this and cool this down. 
  8. Serve immediately or you can store this in an air tight container and can be served later.
