INGREDIENTS
- Potatoes - 5 (medium)
- Oil - 1 tbsp + for deep frying
- Onion - 1 (medium)
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
- Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
- Tomato Ketchup - 2 tbsp
- Soy Sauce - 1 tbsp
- Salt as needed
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Cornflour - 1 tsp
- Milk - 1/4 cup
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Chop potatoes length-wise, heat oil in a pan and deep fry the potatoes till golden brown.
- Drain off and keep aside.
- Now heat oil a pan, add chopped onions, saute till transparent.
- Add ginger garlic paste, saute again.
- Add salt and chilli powder.
- Now add fried potatoes.
- Add ketchup.
- Add soy sauce.
- Then add cornflour mixing with milk ( to thicken gravy).
- Now, add water, boil.
- When gravy thickens garnish with coriander leaves, switch off the flame and serve hot with chapatti or naan.
