PEARL MILLET DOSA (KAMBU DOSA)
INGREDIENTS
- Pearl millet/kambu - 1 1/2 cup
- Raw rice - 1/2 cup
- Urad dal - 1/2 cup
- Fenugreek - 2 tsp
- Salt - as needed
METHOD
- Wash all the ingredients and soak all together for 5 hours.
- Grind well and make a smooth batter.
- Keep the batter aside in a warm place, till batter get raised (12 hours).
- Add salt and water as needed.
- Heat tawa and spread the batter in circle.
- Drizzle some oil around it.
- Serve.
For more crispness:
- Add raw rice of 3/4 cup.
