PEARL MILLET DOSA (KAMBU DOSA)



INGREDIENTS
  • Pearl millet/kambu - 1 1/2 cup
  • Raw rice - 1/2 cup
  • Urad dal - 1/2 cup
  • Fenugreek - 2 tsp
  • Salt - as needed
METHOD
  1. Wash all the ingredients and soak all together for 5 hours.
  2. Grind well and make a smooth batter.
  3. Keep the batter aside in a warm place, till batter get raised (12 hours).
  4. Add salt and water as needed.
  5. Heat tawa and spread the batter in circle.
  6. Drizzle some oil around it.
  7. Serve.
For more crispness:
  • Add raw rice of 3/4 cup.
