SIMPLE CHICKEN FRY

INGREDIENTS
  • Chicken - 250 g
  • Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1/2 tbsp
  • Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Green chilli - 1
  • Curry leaves - 1 pinnate
  • Coriander leaves - few
  • Curd - 1 tbsp
  • Pepper - 1 tsp
  • Garlic - 2 cloves (finely chopped)
  • Turmeric - a pinch
  • Salt - as needed
  • Oil - 1 tbsp

METHOD

  1. Marinate chicken with Ginger garlic paste,garam masala, coriander powder, chilli powder, green chilli, curd, pepper,turmeric,salt and keep aside for an hour.
      
  2. Now, heat oil in a pan and add garlic cloves , fry till golden brown, add curry leaves add marinated chicken.
  3. Fry in medium flame for 5 mins and further fry in low flame for 10-15 mins.
  4. No need to add water as chicken leaves water while frying.
  5. Fry till it comes to the texture as shown in the picture.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
