SIMPLE CHICKEN FRY
INGREDIENTS
- Chicken - 250 g
- Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tbsp
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Green chilli - 1
- Curry leaves - 1 pinnate
- Coriander leaves - few
- Curd - 1 tbsp
- Pepper - 1 tsp
- Garlic - 2 cloves (finely chopped)
- Turmeric - a pinch
- Salt - as needed
- Oil - 1 tbsp
METHOD
- Marinate chicken with Ginger garlic paste,garam masala, coriander powder, chilli powder, green chilli, curd, pepper,turmeric,salt and keep aside for an hour.
- Now, heat oil in a pan and add garlic cloves , fry till golden brown, add curry leaves add marinated chicken.
- Fry in medium flame for 5 mins and further fry in low flame for 10-15 mins.
- No need to add water as chicken leaves water while frying.
- Fry till it comes to the texture as shown in the picture.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
