CAPSICUM - Fights against cancer, burns fat and contains more fiber.
EGG - High protein and supports muscle growth and recovery.
INGREDIENTS
- Egg - 2 (Medium)
- Capsicum - 1 (large)
- Onions - 1 (large)
- Tomato - 1 (medium)
- Cashew nuts - 5
- Ginger - a small piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric - a pinch
- Oil - 2 1/2 tsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Salt - as needed
- Water - 1/4 cup(for grinding) and 1/4 cup for sauteing
- Coriander leaves for garnishing
- Boil eggs.
- Take tomatoes, cashew nuts, ginger, garlic, coriander seeds, cumin seeds and make puree by adding 1/4 cup of water, keep aside.
- Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and saute chopped capsicum and put aside.
- Now, in the same pan heat remaining 1 1/2 tsp of oil and saute chopped onions till it turns golden brown color.
- Add capsicum.
- Then, add red chilli powder, turmeric and garam masala.
- Add puree.
- Add boiled and chopped eggs and 1/4 cup of water.
- Add salt and sugar.
- Cook in medium flame till consistency becomes thick.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Goes well with chappathi.
