Burnt Garlic Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- Oil - 2tbs
- Garlic- 20 cloves (finely chopped)
- Ginger - small piece
- Cooked basmathi rice -1cup
- Salt - as required
- Colour Capsicum - 1/2 cup
- Spring onion - 1bunch
- White pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
- Soya sauce - few drops
- Red chilly paste - 2 tsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil in pan, add finely chopped garlic and ginger ; fry till its turn golden brown colour.
- Add the chopped capsicum, red chilly paste, pepper powder, sugar and fry, but the ensure that the capsicum retains it crunchiness.
- Add the cooked basmati rice and toss well and garnish with the spring onions.
