Ingredients
- Egg - 3
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1/4 tsp
- Oil - 1/2 tbsp
- Curry leaves - few
- Salt as needed
- Boil eggs, slice into half and keep aside.
- In a plate or bowl, mix turmeric, chilli powder, pepper powder, coriander powder and salt together.
- Heat oil in a pan, add powder mix, simmer for few minutes and switch off the flame.
- Now, add sliced eggs, mix well with power mix.
- Switch on the flame again and simmer for 3 more minutes.
- Garnish and serve.
