Quick Onion Chilli Chutney 
(Using Pressure Cooker)

Ingredients
  • Sesame oil - 3 tbsp
  • Onions - 2 (medium)
  • Tomatoes - 2 (medium)
  • Garlic cloves - 6
  • Dried red chillies - 6-7
  • Tamarind - 1 inch
  • Jaggery - 1 tsp
  • Salt as needed
Method
  1. In a 3 litre pressure cooker, add in oil, add roughly chopped onions, tomatoes and garlic.
  2. Add in dry red chillies, tamarind and jaggery.
  3. Cover pressure cooker, add weight.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes in induction stove if stove top cook in medium flame for 5 minutes.
  5. Leave 3 whistles.
  6. Open lid, cool them and grind adding required amount of salt without adding water.
  7. Serve with idly ot dosa.
