Dahi Puri
Dahipuri, or dahi puri, is a snack which is especially popular in the state of Maharashtra, India. The dish is a form of chaat and originates from the city of Mumbai.[2] It is served with mini-puri shells (golgappa), which are more popularly recognized from the dish pani puri. Dahi puri and pani puri chaats are often sold from the same vendor.
Ingredients
- Mini puri - 12
- Potato - 1, boiled & cubed
- Chick peas - 3/4 cup
- Sev - 3/4 cup
- Green chutney - as needed
- Sweet chutney - as needed
- Dahi/ plain yogurt/ curd - 1 cup (beat smoothly with a tbsp of sugar)
- Chaat masala, red chilli powder - For sprinkling on top
- Coriander leaves - for garnishing
- Make Puri , Make sweet chutney, Make green chutney by clicking on the respective links.
- Break the puris in the middle to make a hole.
- Stuff the boiled potato cubes and chick peas (add chaat masala).
- Add the thick beaten sweet curd , above this add sweet and green chutneys over it.
- Sprinkle sev all over and red chilli, chaat masala powder and coriander leaves.
