Tomato Garlic Chutney
Ingredients
- Tomato - 1
- Garlic - 10 cloves
- Dry red chillies - 4
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Salt as needed
To Temper
- Oil - 1 tsp
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Channa dal - 1 tsp
- Urad dal - 1 tsp
- Asafoetida a pinch
- Dry red chillies - 2
- Heat oil in a pan, add dry red chillies, garlic cloves and saute.
- Add chopped tomatoes, saute for 2 mins.
- Cool and grind.
- Heat oil, crackle mustard, cumin, add channa dal, urad dal, asafoetida and dry red chillies.
- Pour over grounded paste.
