- Oreo - 10-12 biscuits
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Dark chocolate - 1 cup
- Whipping cream - 1/3 + 1 cup
- Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
- Powdered sugar - 1/4 cup
Method
- Crush Oreo pieces well.
- Melt butter and mix with the crushed Oreo.
- Take a cake mould and grease it with butter.
- Spread crushed Oreo into the mould evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for 30 mins.
- Meanwhile, take a cup of dark chocolate and add 1/3 cup of whipping cream in it.
- Double boil or microwave and melt the chocolate.
- Let it cool.
- In a separate bowl take a cup of whipping cream and whip until stiff peaks form.
- Add powdered sugar to it.
- Mix well.
- Now add chocolate mixture with whipped cream.
- Mix all together.
- After 30 mins take Oreo crust out of refrigerator and spread the whipped cream chocolate mixture on top of it evenly.
- Cover the mould and refrigerate for minimum 4 hours or overnight.
- Decorate and serve.
