Banana Peanut Butter Cake (Veg) 

Ingredients
  • Ripen Banana - 4
  • Sugar - 1 1/4 cup
  • Butter - 2 tbsp (melted)
  • Vanilla Essence - 2 tsp
  • Plain Flour - 2 1/2 cup
  • Cinnamon Powder - 2 tsp
  • Baking Powder - 2 tsp
  • Baking Soda - 1 tsp
  • Salt a pinch
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt - 1/4 cup (or) Egg - 2
  •  Walnuts, Grapes and Peanut Butter for Topping
Method
  1. In a bowl add banana, sugar, butter and vanilla essence.
  2. Combine them well.

  3. In a separate bowl sift flour, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, baking soda together.
  4. Blend dry ingredients with banana mixture.
  5. Add milk and curd.
  6. Blend again.
  7. Grease cake tin with butter and dust with flour.


  8. Pour cake mixture and bake for 20 mins at 180 degree C in a preheated oven.
  9. Check by inserting toothpick into cake, until it comes out clean.
  10. Use different size of cake tins for layered cake.
  11. Cool them completely, top with peanut butter.
  12. Decorate cake with walnuts, grapes or any fruit.
