Banana Peanut Butter Cake (Veg)
Ingredients
- Ripen Banana - 4
- Sugar - 1 1/4 cup
- Butter - 2 tbsp (melted)
- Vanilla Essence - 2 tsp
- Plain Flour - 2 1/2 cup
- Cinnamon Powder - 2 tsp
- Baking Powder - 2 tsp
- Baking Soda - 1 tsp
- Salt a pinch
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Yogurt - 1/4 cup (or) Egg - 2
- Walnuts, Grapes and Peanut Butter for Topping
- In a bowl add banana, sugar, butter and vanilla essence.
- Combine them well.
- In a separate bowl sift flour, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, baking soda together.
- Blend dry ingredients with banana mixture.
- Add milk and curd.
- Blend again.
- Grease cake tin with butter and dust with flour.
- Pour cake mixture and bake for 20 mins at 180 degree C in a preheated oven.
- Check by inserting toothpick into cake, until it comes out clean.
- Use different size of cake tins for layered cake.
- Cool them completely, top with peanut butter.
- Decorate cake with walnuts, grapes or any fruit.
