Mushroom in Garlic Sauce
Ingredients
- Mushroom - 200 g
- Garlic - 15 cloves
- Ginger - small piece
- Spring onion - 3 stalks
- Green chilly - 2
- Onion - 1
- Capsicum - 1/4 cup
- Sugar - tsp
- Light soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Rice vinegar - 2 tsp
- Sugar - 1/2 tsp
- Corn flour - 11/2 tbsp
- Salt - as required
- White pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chilly paste or chilly sauce - 1 1/2 tsp
- Gingely Oil -1 tbsp
Method
- Heat oil in a pan, add finely chopped ginger and garlic.
- Add chopped onions , spring onion white Lisbon and saute.
- Add chopped green chillies.
- Add sliced capsicum.
- Add chilli paste and white pepper powder.
- Add sugar.
- Add mushroom.
- Add salt.
- Mix soy sauce and vinegar together in a bowl and add them on mushroom, mix well.
- Mix cornflour in 1/2 cup water and pour them along.
- Mix well till it comes to gravy consistency.
- Garnish with spring onions and serve with chapatti or fried rice.
