Mushroom in Garlic Sauce

Ingredients
  • Mushroom - 200 g
  • Garlic - 15 cloves
  • Ginger - small piece
  • Spring onion - 3 stalks
  • Green chilly - 2
  • Onion - 1
  • Capsicum - 1/4 cup
  •  Sugar - tsp
  • Light soy sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Rice vinegar - 2 tsp
  • Sugar - 1/2 tsp
  • Corn flour - 11/2 tbsp
  • Salt - as required
  • White pepper  powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Chilly paste or chilly sauce - 1 1/2 tsp
  • Gingely Oil -1  tbsp
Method
  1. Heat oil in a pan, add finely chopped ginger and garlic.
  2. Add chopped  onions , spring onion white Lisbon and saute.
  3. Add chopped green chillies.
  4. Add sliced capsicum.
  5. Add chilli paste and white pepper powder.
  6. Add sugar.
  7. Add mushroom.
  8. Add salt.
  9. Mix soy sauce and vinegar together in a bowl and add them on mushroom, mix well.


  10. Mix cornflour in 1/2 cup water and pour them along.

  11. Mix well till it comes to gravy consistency.
  12. Garnish with spring onions and serve with chapatti or fried rice.
