White Korma
Ingredients
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Onion(large) - 1/2
- Tomato(medium) - 1
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Salt as needed
- Coriander leaves for garnishing
For grinding:
- Grated coconut - 3 tbsp
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
- Cashews - 5
- Green chillies - 2
- Take ingredients under for grinding and grind into a fine paste by adding little amount of water, keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, saute sliced onions.
- Add chopped tomatoes, cook till it becomes mushy.
- Add ginger garlic paste, then add grounded masala and stir.
- Add 1 cup of water.
- Leave it to boil for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
- Add vegetables if needed.
